A MAN from west Wales has denied breaching lockdown regulations by moving a dumper truck from the Herefordshire border to Pembrokeshire.
Shane Jennings, of Bryngwyn Farm, Pwll Trapp in the Pembrokeshire town of St Clears, was charged with being away from his home, which at the time was in Clarbeston Road, without reasonable excuse.
Police stopped Jennings, 26, on A40 at Slebech in Pembrokeshire while he allegedly moving a dumper truck that he had purchased in Presteigne, on the Herefordshire border, which he was conveying to a farm.
Llanelli magistrates adjourned the case until December 15 for trial.
