MORE than 20 schools, colleges and nurseries in Herefordshire have so far confirmed at least one student has tested positive for coronavirus.
When a school has a confirmed case, they then contact public health and will be told if the pupil's close contacts need to self-isolate and how long for.
A close contact are those people who have face-to-face contact for any length of time, within one metre, or those who have had extended close contact. This means they have been within two metres for more than 15 minutes.
