A MAN was caught carrying items for use in a theft in Hereford, a court has heard.
Christian Lewis Llewellyn was found guilty in his absence by magistrates in Kidderminster on November 24.
The court heard 40-year-old Llewellyn had been carrying a foil lined freezer bag containing a foil covered box for use in the course of theft in Hereford on January 10.
Llewellyn, of Merestone Road, Redhill, was ordered to pay costs of £650 and the foil bag and foil covered box were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
His detention was deemed served by time already spent in custody.
