A BIKER has been banned from the roads after he was caught riding his motorbike while over the drug limit in Herefordshire.
Jordan Kelly admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on December 2.
The court heard the 39-year-old had 8.3 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood when he was caught riding on Ledbury Road on June 18. The legal limit is two.
Kelly, of Pixley, Ledbury, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
