The number of recorded coronavirus cases in Herefordshire increased by 152 over the last 24 hours, official figures show.
Public Health England figures show that 4,316 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am on Friday (January 8) in Herefordshire, up from 4,164 the same time on Thursday.
In the past seven days, 764 new cases have been reported.
The graph below shows the number of cases in Herefordshire by date of test, and not the day when the cases were published by PHE.
The Government website says the last five days' data is incomplete, thought to be due to a delay in results being processed.
In recent days, the number of new cases has been around 100.
Across the UK, the number of recorded cases increased by 68,053 over the period to 2,957,472.
Herefordshire's cases were among the 268,064 recorded across the West Midlands, a figure which rose by 5,569 over the period.
Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.
