A MAN who attacked a woman and ignored a court's order not to contact her has been handed a suspended sentence.
Mariusz Stanislaw Wyzkiewicz entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard had assaulted a woman, causing actual bodily harm, in Hereford on July 28.
The 38-year-old had also contacted the same woman by sending her messages on December 3 and 6, which he was banned from doing by a non-molestation order imposed by the court in September.

Magistrates said the offence was serious as Wyzkiewicz had ignored the non-molestation order, leaving his victim terrified.
Wyzkiewicz, of Stanhope Street, Hereford, received an eight month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also made subject to an indefinite restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £300, costs of £156, and a £156 victim surcharge.
