A MAN got his mother to contact a woman he was banned from speaking to, a court has heard.
Scott Beavan entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on February 3.
The court heard Beavan, who is banned from contacting his victim by a restraining order imposed on 31 December had called her more than 40 times from two different telephone numbers between December 30 and January 10.
He also sent her a text message and had his mother and her neighbour text the victim on his behalf.
The 27-year-old further admitted breaching the terms of a six-month conditional discharge order imposed by magistrates on December 31.
Beavan, of Lilac Grove, Hereford, was made subject to a two-year conditional discharge and an indefinite restraining order. He must also pay compensation of £100, costs of £85, and a £95 victim surcharge.
