A WOMAN who used racially aggravated abusive behaviour and attacked another woman has been handed a community order.
Maria Jesus Fernandez entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford on February 3.
The court heard Fernandez had used threatening and abusive behaviour with intent to cause alarm and distress towards a man in Tenbury Wells on July 20.
The 28-year-old also admitted a racially aggravated charge of using threatening and abusive behaviour towards another person and assaulting a woman by beating on the same date.
Fernandez, of Kyreside, Tenbury, was made subject to a nine-month community order and must pay compensation of £100 to the assault victim. She received a nine-month conditional discharge for the racially aggravated abusive behaviour.
