A WOMAN stole hundreds of pounds worth of cosmetics from Hereford shops, a court has heard.
Sophie Clarenne entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on February 4.
The court heard Clarenne had stolen cosmetics worth £171 from Hereford's Boots shop on October 24, and more cosmetics worth £92 form the same shop on November 6.
The 25-year-old further admitted stealing cosmetics worth £130 from Hereford's Old Market Debenham's department store on December 3.
Clarenne, of Lawnside Road, Ledbury, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge. She must pay compensation of £171 to Boots, £130 to Debenhams, costs of £100 and a £22 victim surcharge.
