A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after getting behind the wheel while over the limit.
Krzysztof Pukowiec admitted drug-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on February 2.
The court heard Pukowiec, 42, had been caught driving a black Range Rover in Hereford's East Street on July 6.
An evidential blood test revealed he had 2.6 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Pukowiec was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £300. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
