A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught on a busy main road in Herefordshire.
Richard James Cadman admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard Cadman had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Polo on the A49 at Dinmore Hill while over the drug limit on January 7.
An evidential blood test revealed the 31-year-old had 3.1 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Cadman, of Norfolk Road, Turvey, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £150. He must also pay costs of £300 and a £32 victim surcharge.
