A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving without insurance three times in one month.
Tre Rodney-Cook admitted the offences when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Rodney-Cook had been caught failing to comply with road markings on the A4111 at Kington on July 13.
Further checks found the 25-year-old was driving without insurance on the same date.
Rodney-Cooke was again caught failing to comply with road markings and driving without insurance on the A4111 at Kington just days later on July 15.
And he was further caught driving without insurance on the A438 at Bredwardine on July 22, while an inspection of his Mazda 6 revealed his tyres were excessively worn.
Rodney-Cook, of Merryhill Crescent, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for six months due to his repeat offending and fined a total of £380. He must also pay costs of £100 and a £40 victim surcharge.
