A VAN driver was caught on a Hereford road while over the drug limit, a court has heard.
Ricky Francis Grice admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Grice had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Crafter van on Netherwood Road in Hereford on June 30.
Tests revealed the 38-year-old had 2.6 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Grice, of Kingsway, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £432. He must also pay costs of £220 and a £43 victim surcharge.
