Plans to turn Hereford barber shop into home
THERE are plans to convert a Hereford barbershop into a home.
Mark Sayce has asked Herefordshire Council for permission to change the use of N.Y. Barber Shop at 133 Eign Street.
Residents have until April 8 to comment on the proposals which council planners are expected to consider by May 3
