A DRUG-DRIVER was caught twice in the same road, a court has heard.
Kieran James Bufton admitted the offences when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Bufton had been caught driving a Vauxhall Astra on Victoria Road in Kington on April 6.
Blood tests revealed the 28-year-old had 371 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine and 2.2 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The respective legal limits are 50 and two.
He was again caught behind the wheel in Victoria Road on September 20, this time with 512 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood.
Bufton, of Greenfields, Kington, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined a total of £940. He must also pay costs of £270 and a £94 victim surcharge.
