A £75,000 one-bed flat in Hereford has ranked as the second most popular home for sale in the UK.
Property site Zoopla pulled together the top 10 most popular homes for sale in the UK right now, excluding those for auction or shared ownership.
One interested party has already submitted an offer of £70,000 for the flat in Hereford's Nicholson Court, but agents Connells say on Zoopla that higher offers are still welcome until contracts are exchanged.
The flat is said to be in a popular residential location on King Street in Hereford.
It's a one-bedroom ground floor flat which is in need of work, but has an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
There are communal gardens outside, and there is also shared off road parking facilities, double glazing, and no onward chain.
The lease is for a term of 150 years from September 29, 1979 at a ground rent of £40.00 per annum.
Lease details are currently being compiled, Connells say.
Tom Parker, consumer expert at Zoopla, said: “With lockdown slowly easing and the stamp duty holiday extended, many property owners are thinking about moving home."
