AN INDEPENDENT food restaurant that will allow customers to grill their own food is set to open in Hereford.
Korean barbecue is 'coming soon' and will be in the empty restaurant that used to be Chimi Changa in Hereford's Old Market development.
The advertising billboard says: "Hereford's first Korean BBQ; Grill at your table; Cocktail bar; Local and Independent Business"
Korean barbecue refers to the popular method of grilling beef, pork, or chicken.

Such dishes are often prepared on gas or charcoal grills built into the dining table itself.
Similar Korean barbecue restaurants can be found in Cheltenham, Bristol and Cardiff.
