A WOMAN has been rescued by emergency services while out climbing near Ross-on-Wye.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to Symonds Yat, in the Wye Valley, to rescue the 44-year-old.
Crews from Lydney and Coleford were joined at the scene by the South Western Ambulance Service and an air ambulance.

The fire service said she had been climbing with a group, but had fallen into an area which needed a rope rescue team.
She was rescued and left in the care of paramedics after the incident, believed to be on Easter Sunday.
