NHS staff in Herefordshire were given an Easter treat over the weekend thanks to the generosity of residents and businesses.
Members of the Herefordshire Community Recycling and Refuse Group collected 3,400 Cadbury Cream Eggs for every worker.
Each of the eggs was wrapped up in recycled materials or paper which students from Mordiford PS, Madley PS and pre-school, Much Birch PS, Whitecross HS and Widemarsh Ventures.
Pupils also made egg cups and around 1,300 egg cups were donated.
Andrew Wood started the scheme and was helped by a host of people and businesses including JJ & Little Dots who helped to sort the eggs.
