A MAN has been handed a conditional discharge after breaking a banning order and attacking another person.
Matthew William Henry Barnett entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on April 9.
The court heard Barnett had breached the terms of a criminal behaviour order banning him from entering Hereford's High Town on November 26.
The 31-year-old also admitted assaulting another person by beating in Hereford on February 22.
Barnett, of Hedley Lodge, Belmont, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay a £22 victim surcharge. No costs order was imposed due to his lack of means.
