A MAN has been jailed after attacking a paramedic in Hereford.
Luke Berry admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard Berry had assaulted an on-duty paramedic in Hereford on April 5.
The 27-year-old also admitted breaching the terms of a community order imposed by magistrates in January last year by committing a further offence.
Magistrates said the offence was aggravated due to Berry's previous record of offending and as he was subject to a community order at the time.
Berry, who is of no fixed address, was jailed for four months. He must also pay a £128 victim surcharge.
