A HOMELESS man harassed a woman by making repeated drunken visits to her home.
Richard Martin Disbury entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 33-year-old had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment in Leominster between January 24 and February 7, repeatedly visiting a woman's home while drunk and in spite of knowing he was not welcome.
Disbury, who is of no fixed address, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay a £22 victim surcharge. No costs order was made as Disbury has spent 32 days on remand, the equivalent of a 64-day custodial sentence.
