A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink-driving on a Herefordshire main road.
Kenneth Reed-Irving admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 48-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a black Vauxhall Corsa on the A4110 in Herefordshire on March 20.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Reed-Irving, of Lingfield Walk, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
