A DRUNK man kicked holes in the fence of his rented home, a court has heard.
Thorin Tuin Darling admitted one count of criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
A witness had seen Darling kicking holes in the fence before throwing damaged boards across the garden at his rented Eign Road home in the early hours of April 8, prosecutor Shafquat Reaz said.
He was reported to the police, and said he had been intoxicated at the time.

Speaking on his own behalf, Darling said he had been feeling depressed and had drunk a lot of alcohol as he just wanted to sleep.
"At some point I obviously went out and committed this offence," the 32-year-old said.
"I don't remember doing it or why I did it."
Darling was handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay compensation of £125 to his landlord. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £22 victim surcharge.
