A BIKER has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink-driving in Hereford.
Osvaldus Jonas Kubilius pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on April 28.
The court heard the 26-year-old had been caught driving a blue AJS R7 motorcycle on Northolme Road in Hereford without insurance and while over the drink-drive limit on April 13.
An evidential breath test revealed Kubilius had 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Kubilius, of Chichester Close, Belmont, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £300. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
