A BIKER was caught on a main road in Herefordshire while over the drug limit.
Kyle David Matthew Robinson entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on April 28.
The court heard Robinson had been caught riding a Kawasaki bike on the A40 near Ross-on-Wye while over the drug limit on November 30.
An evidential blood test revealed the 40-year-old had 148 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine and 2.5 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limits are 50 and two.
Robinson, of Ridgeway Crescent, Whitchurch, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
