A DRINK-driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught behind the wheel while over the limit.
Edwin Weaver admitted drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on April 28.
The court heard the 37-year-old had been caught driving a Proton pick-up on the B4214 Bromyard Road in Ledbury on April 10.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Weaver, of Orchard Lane, Ledbury, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £346. He must also pay costs of £134 and a £34 victim surcharge.
