I am doing research on 45 fallen airmen of World War II who lie buried near my hometown in the Netherlands.
One of them is Captain John F Kinnery from Johannesburg, SA.
He was the pilot on a Mosquito.
Together with his navigator Flying Officer John Derek Morgan he was killed in action during an intruder mission and crashed in the IJsselmeer.
The body of F/O Morgan was never found and he is commemorated on Panel 208 at Runnymede.
He was from Hereford, and I am looking for possible relatives of F/O Morgan.
He was the son of Evan Dulais Morgan and Emilie Morgan.
If anyone has any information and is able to help, please contact me by email at ruudslangen@telfort.nl
