A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught near a Hereford school while four times the limit.
Graham John Hill admitted drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 37-year-old had been caught driving a Ford Transit van on Broadlands Lane in Hereford while over the alcohol limit.
An evidential test revealed he had 151 microgramme of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Hill, of Warwick Walk, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 36 months, handed a 12-month community order, and fined £330. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
