In her second interview Jo interviews Mrs Bingham AKA the Vaccine Czar.
Mrs Bingham voluntarily chaired the Vaccine Task Force from May - December 2020 which was responsible for procuring 357 million doses of seven vaccines across four different types now being rolled out.
She hails from the Herefordshire Welsh borders, and is married to Hereford and South Hereford MP Jesse Norman.
