In celebration of World Chocolate Day yesterday we spoke to Alexandra Pechabadens; the proud owner of Continuum Conceits - a local artisan chocolate business.

2021 is the 6th year she has been open. Each bar of chocolate is handmade by herself in a small outbuilding on a farm in rural Herefordshire.

Originating from France, Alexandra came to the UK as an au pair before starting her chocolate business in Wales. A few years later she came to Hereford with a friend, set up shop and never left.

Her plans for the business are to keep it small, so she can continue to experiment with flavours and techniques.
