The court heard the 27-year-old, who is a relevant offender under the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2001, had failed to comply with the act by failing to notify police that he had moved addresses within three days in Hereford between February 25 and March 16.
Lewis, of Travelodge, Cathedral Plaza, Worcester, was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £100 and a £34 victim surcharge.
