A DRIVER has had a lucky escape after the tractor they were driving in Herefordshire fell off the road and overturned.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said the tractor driver had pulled onto the side of the road near Bromyard to let a car by, but slipped down the bank and landed on its roof.
A spokesperson for the fire service said it was called at 9.19pm on Monday (July 20) to Avenbury Lane to reports of a crash involving one tractor which had left the road and landed on its roof.

One crew from Bromyard was sent to the scene and made it safe using a triple extension ladder and tool box.
Police attended, but fire crews said the driver managed to escape uninjured.
Crews left the scene just under an hour later at 10.09pm.
