Would a roundabout and flyover at Braemar Gardens help congestion?
IF Herefordshire Council would listen there is an answer to relieving congestion.
A roundabout at Braemar Gardens, Hereford, down the path to the river, a flyover bridge and a road to join the new road in Rotherwas past the recycling centre, relieving a lot of traffic through Hereford.
