A MAN was caught with class A drugs in a Herefordshire town.
Jesse Hampsey entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 44-year-old was caught carrying a quantity of class A drug cocaine in Leominster on January 27.
Hampsey, of Middlemarsh, Leominster, was fined £80 and the drug was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed. He must also pay costs of £185 and a £34 victim surcharge.
