A PENSIONER has appeared before magistrates after attacking a woman in Herefordshire.
Alan Peter Lyttelton Cox entered a guilty plea after previously pleading not guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 84-year-old had assaulted a woman in Garway on February 6.
Cox, of Devauden, Chepstow, was handed a three-month conditional discharge and must pay costs of £150 and a £22 victim surcharge.
