A MAN has appeared before magistrates after destroying a patio table.
Jack Smalley pleaded guilty to one charge of causing criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 24-year-old had intentionally destroyed a plastic patio table worth £40 and belonging to another person in Hereford on June 1.
Smalley, of Marlbrook Road, Hereford, was handed an eight-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay compensation of £40. He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge.
