- The trial of a man accused of murder is set to get underway today after a body was found in a burnt out car.
- Mark Chilman, 52, stands accused of the murder of Neil Parkinson with his trial scheduled to begin at Worcester Crown Court this morning.
- Mark Chilman appeared at Worcester Crown Court in January where he pleaded not guilty to murder following the death of the 66-year-old.
- Mr Parkinson from Clifton-Upon-Teme was found dead in a burnt out BMW in Ankerdine Road, Cotheridge - in a layby between Worcester and Bromyard - on December 12 last year.
- The trial is expected to last three weeks.
