Hoople Training is a local Skills for Care endorsed provider delivering specialist training to the care industry. Our team, grown from the sector, have the understanding, knowledge and skills to support employers in raising the standards of care.
In light of the current situation we are extremely honoured to support the Health and Social Care Awards this year and particularly pleased to sponsor the Care Employer Award.
We are excited to recognise and applaud a local care employer who demonstrate a strong commitment to their team.
Doing our bit to support the sector we have released a range of training, including a free care induction which we feel will help raise the standards of care further.
We acknowledge there can only be one winner for the Care Employer Award, but look forward to celebrating all of our local care employers’ success, commitment and contribution for the local community
Hoople is a private limited company with public sector shareholders namely Herefordshire Council and Wye Valley NHS Trust.
Hoople was established in 2011, since which time we have grown and developed into a business that now delivers a wide range of services to strategic partners and customers. These services broadly cover: Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Finance, Training, Recruitment and DBS Venue hire.
Many of Hoople’s employees were transferred from its original partnering organisations (the council, the Primary Care Trust and Wye Valley). They provide a wealth of experience and a record of proven delivery in the public sector.
Hoople has also recruited many staff from the private sector who bring a depth and breadth of commercial experience and acumen.
This combination of cross-sector experience has enabled us to develop tangible and affordable business solutions that address the very different needs of our customers.
