A HEREFORDSHIRE man was caught in possession of class A drugs with the intention of selling them, a court has heard.
Blake Alexander Steadman entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 24-year-old had been caught in possession of a quantity of cocaine with the intention of supplying it in Hereford on April 2, 2020.
He was also in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine with the intention of supplying it in Hereford on the same date.
Prosecutor Shafquat Reaz said the matter fell outside of the magistrates' sentencing powers as it was too serious an offence.
Steadman, of Birch House, Shobdon, will appear before Worcester Crown Court for sentencing on September 1.
