A HEREFORDSHIRE bar and restaurant with rooms is set to reopen under new owners.
Set in an attractive village location in Peterchurch, Casa Lupo, formerly the Boughton Arms Hotel, was put up for sale with commercial agents Sidney Phillips after undergoing a complete renovation and refurbishment, completed in 2020.
Standing in a prominent position in the centre of the village, the Victorian building now boasts a spacious lounge bar and restaurant with a newly equipped catering kitchen, but has been unable to begin trading due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Outside, there is a trade garden and car parking.
Agents Sidney Phillips said the bar and restaurant has been sold to local operators.
The new owners plans to reopen in November this year as a restaurant and bar with a focus on fresh, Mediterranean food.
