- ROLLING MATCH REPORT
- The Bulls hit the woodwork after just 50 seconds with Ryan McLean jinking inside before crashing his effort off the bar.
- However, it was Fylde who took a third minute lead with a bizarre Nick Haughton free-kick which left everybody motionless before finding the net.
- Haughton had his eye on goal and had another dipping effort which just flew over the bar and into the Meadow End.
- Despite a good spell of pressure for the Bulls the visitors countered and Jacob Holland-Wilkinson saw his shot rattle the post.
- After almost being punished for a lapse in concentration moments earlier Mitch Hancox was left rueing a mistake moments later.
- On the 44th minute Haughton capitalised on his error running through one-on-one before dinking the ball over Brandon Hall.
- The Bulls were sent out early after the half-time break and they almost had a way back into the game but Tom Owen-Evans' searching cross missed everybody.
- However, on the 48th Fylde hit a third goal with Ben Tollitt opening up play before finding Joe Piggott who spun before finding the net.
- Hereford continued their good forward play and Miles Storey saw a dinked effort fly just wide.
- Storey did score to give the Bulls a glimmer of hope on 75 minutes slamming home after neat work by Ryan McLean to make it 3-1.
- However, straight from the kick-off a through ball unleashed Stephen Dobbie who restored his side's three goal lead and sealed the points.
- Storey could have had his second goal with moments left of the game running onto a through ball before chipping the goalkeeper but also over the bar.
