FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a number of blazes across Herefordshire overnight.
A fire service spokesperson said a crew from Leintwardine were called to a baler which was well alight on the A4113 at Leintwardine at 5.30pm, while crews from Hereford and Fownhope were called to a baler fire in Dinedor just after 9pm last night (August 30).
Crews used hose reel jets to battle the blaze, which left the baler in ruins.

In Hereford, a crew tackled rubbish on fire in an underpass beneath Greyfriars Bridge at 10.20pm.
And firefighters from Whitchurch were alerted to a fire in the open at Walford at 10.46pm.
The spokesperson said the crew used a restricted access vehicle to reach the incident and put out the blaze with one hose reel.
