POLICE have released a new picture of a man, last seen near the Herefordshire border, who has been missing since last week.

The man, known only as Andrew, who is in his 50s, is from the Brecon area and was last seen in Talgarth, near the border town of Hay-on-Wye, at around 10.20am on Wednesday, August 25.

Officers described him as being of slim build, around 5ft 6ins tall, with long, thin grey hair and a long grey beard.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket and a grey and black shirt.

Officers believe Andrew could have travelled to the Ceredigion or even Cornwall areas.
