A MAN has appeared before magistrates after breaching the terms of his restraining order in a Herefordshire town.
John Lewis entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 27-year-old had been in the company of a woman he was banned from contacting by a restraining order imposed in 2014 in Leominster on July 26.
Lewis, of Hampton Rise, Hereford, was fined £45. He must also pay costs of £235 and a £95 victim surcharge.
