A HEREFORD teenager has appeared before magistrates after he was caught riding an e-scooter in the city centre.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard he had been caught riding an electric scooter in Hereford High Town without a licence or insurance on April 8.
The teenager was handed a six-month conditional discharge and six penalty points and must pay a £17 victim surcharge. No costs order was made as he does not have an income.
