POLICE are warning people living near Hereford to "keep an eye out" after a car and two men were seen acting suspiciously.
West Mercia Police said the black Seat car was seen in the Whitestone area on Wednesday morning.
It was reported to be sat outside a house at the bottom of a dead end road, PCSO Christina Howard said.
The home owner challenged the two men in the vehicle and one of them said that they were getting changed.
But police said there were "no signs of this at the time".
PCSO Howard said the vehicle was described as a black Seat with a registration number EO64 ***.
"Please keep an eye out for this vehicle in the area and call the police if you have any concerns on its activity," she said.
"If you have anymore information about this incident then please let us know by calling 101 and quoting 00164-I-08092021."
