A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been handed a hefty fine after dropping a cigarette in the street.
Fatima Zahira Elassa admitted dropping a cigarette in Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham, on February 22, before magistrates in Birmingham.
And it proved a costly move for the 22-year-old, of Golden Post, Hereford, as she was handed a £146 fine and must pay court costs of £175 and a £34 victim surcharge.
