A MAN has been handed a fine by magistrates after breaching coronavirus restrictions.
David James Thomas Montgomery admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 32-year-old had left his home in Hereford's Brobury Close without reasonable excuse while Herefordshire was subject to tier four lockdown restrictions on February 7.
Montgomery was fined £240 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a 34 victim surcharge.
