A second series of Tiger King has been announced by Netflix in a new trailer.
The first series came out in March last year, just around the time the coronavirus pandemic was beginning to cause an impact on the lives of everyday people.
The public were enthralled by the exploits of collector Joe Exotic and big cat conservationist Carole Baskin in the US.
Tiger King proved to be a massive success for the platform at the time, as according to Forbes 34 million people watched it in its first 10 days of release.

The first glimpses of series 2 were seen in a Netflix trailer advertising its slate of true crime documentaries to be released in the near future.
In the trailer it starts with on screen text saying: “Netflix invites you to the home of true crime”.
It then proceeds to show teasers for a variety of documentaries that will come to the streaming service soon, including Bad Vegan, Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King, The Tinder Swindler and The Puppet Master: Hunting the Ultimate Conman.
After that it concludes showing a few selected clips of Tiger King Series 2.
